She wandered the market, her eyes scanning the stalls, when she stumbled upon a small, dimly lit tent.

Megg turned to see a tall, slender cat with black fur and piercing eyes lounging on a pile of ancient books. He wore a small, tattered cloak and had an air of mystery about him.
“I’m looking for Moonshadow Root,” Megg replied, trying to hide her surprise. “Do you have any?”
